A pleasant aroma greets you when you walk into the room, and the owner has clearly thought through the details. It's spacious and well furnished, with a recent renovation and a splendid view of the salt flats. The bathroom has a large, comfortable shower. It's close to the center, and the room includes air conditioning, TV, fridge with water, hairdryer, soaps, kettle with herbal teas, and an espresso machine with pods. The owners are around and available for questions, and give you a well-designed, useful map of the island and city, with attractions and recommended places to visit. The cleaning lady is friendly and skilled; the room was perfectly cleaned every day, and water and pods were replenished. Beach towels are available as well. The check-in lady was very helpful and friendly, with useful directions. Parking nearby was easy to find. Excellent value for money.

I'm not sure why this studio gets so much praise. It's spotless, but tiny, with just one armchair for two people. Finding it is difficult because there's no sign outside, and you have to climb a narrow, steep stairwell to get in. It's a bit away from the center along the main road, with no bars or kiosks nearby. The view is okay, though there are certainly better ones and worse ones.
