Riccardo and Laura are gracious hosts with a great sense of humor. They’re often around to chat and help without getting in the way, and their care for the little details shows real passion. They also make their own gin with cypress berries, oil, bitter, and balsamic vinegar. Surrounded by olive trees and wineries, the place is quiet and serene, with birds, low-flying swallows, cicadas, and crickets as the only sounds. The two pools and cabanas are beautiful and immaculate, and the new apartments are well furnished with great A/C. This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t want to leave, and hope to be back soon. Highly recommended.

We found the rooms clean and the staff friendly. The location was handy for visiting Bolgheri, Castegna, and Baratti. We were there at the end of April, though, and the pool wasn’t ready yet.

A relaxing setting about 15 minutes from the Med, with well-organized arrangements and good-quality accommodation. There are two pools.

Riccardo is doing a great job as host. It’s a lovely place, right among Bolgheri’s famous vineyards.

Riccardo was especially kind and ready to help with every request. This is a peaceful countryside place between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for quiet. Our clean, well-kept room had a little private veranda and everything we needed, including a small fridge. There’s no breakfast service, but we found croissants on the veranda table in the morning. Both swimming pools were well cared for and reserved for guests.
