The staff were rude, and there were no clear directions about breakfast, which apparently is served somewhere else. There weren’t any instructions inside the door either.

The rooms are nice and affordable, even during peak season. It’s a little outside the city centre.

Breakfast was practically nonexistent and nowhere near what you’d expect from a hotel. The owner was no help at all, especially for guests with small children, and came across as arrogant and completely inattentive to their needs. The rooms were dirty and badly maintained, leaving a general impression of poor hygiene. A thoroughly disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was roomy, and that view was stunning. The staff were really helpful, too. Everything felt carefully looked after, from the friendly welcome to the spotless rooms. A peaceful little escape right in the city center. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Breakfast was a real treat, and the owner made us feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was lovely. A great choice if you're after a few peaceful days in the mountains.
