The owner was kind, but the basement apartment was damp and a little shabby. The glass front door made it hard to have privacy, since the home could be seen from the entrances to both apartments. There was visible dirt in the corners and cobwebs. Three stars is about as much as I could give it.

Alessandra and her adorable kittens made me and my dog feel right at home. The outdoor area was a real bonus, and the place is ideally situated near the most beautiful spots to visit in the Alto Sangro. The apartment itself is a gem, bright, spacious, and clean, with every comfort, a super comfortable bed, and a large bathroom that's fully equipped. Not to be missed.

The outdoor area is lovely, with tables, chairs, and a barbecue. Kids can play there, and younger guests can enjoy it too. We spent three nights at this wonderful B&B. Inside, everything is brand new and very clean. Alessandra, the owner, is wonderful.

I've spent two weekends here now with family and friends, and coming back is always a pleasure. You feel at home as soon as you arrive. Mrs. Alessandra is so friendly, kind, and helpful. The rooms, outdoor space, cleanliness, and courtesy are all just right. I'd truly recommend this place to anyone. I think it's the best.

We spent 4 days with Mrs. Alessandra and had a fantastic welcome. The property was spotless, and the fridge even had fresh fruit, milk, and yogurt waiting for us. There's plenty of parking, and the location is great. We highly recommend a vacation at "Tre Noci"!
