We had a lovely time here. The hotel had great views, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast. Our rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were very comfy. There was plenty of parking, plus a room for ski equipment beside it. The sauna was good, and the swimming pool was reasonably big.

Breakfast and the pool were great, and they brought us a mobile fan and added a battery to the safe, so thanks for that. But check-in was shaky. The safe didn't work, there was no thermostat, luggage holder, coffee maker, or refrigerator, and there wasn't even a trashcan beyond the tiny bathroom one. Manager Margaret was extremely unwelcoming when we raised these basic issues. When I think of this place, I'll remember her temper tantrum. If you're choosing between here and somewhere else, go somewhere else. By all means, don't take the last room available like we did.

The hotel is close to downtown, and our rooms were lovely, spacious, and warm. We stayed for 3 night. Breakfast was continental.

A very clean, straightforward hotel with large rooms and a nice breakfast. The pool and spa area were beautiful. Highly recommended.
