The place looks charming and well kept, but we ran into some real drawbacks. I couldn't sleep with daylight coming in, and the bunk beds are right by the entrance, where the sun pours in early. The main bedroom has a small, high window with no curtains to keep out the first light. The kitchen looked nice, but had a strong gas smell. We also got very little willingness from the managers to work around our needs. When the TVs stopped working, nothing was sorted out until the last day, when Netflix and other channels were offered. That felt far too late. They had said we'd get a refund, but a week later it still hadn't appeared. The apartment has plenty of potential, but the lack of attention to detail spoils it.

The house was truly beautiful, and the cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. The people managing it were fantastic, so kind and always ready to help. I can't thank you enough ❤️ I didn't want to leave an ordinary review because they deserve a super one. I'd recommend spending your holiday here. Those five stars don't feel like enough, I'd give many more! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thanks again.

My husband, our one-year-old daughter, our two cats and I spent four days here and felt very comfortable. The apartment was roomy and convenient, only a few minutes from the centre of Catania. We'd recommend it to anyone.

Bar 40 provided a generous, high-quality breakfast. The home itself is carefully put together, with lots of attention to detail and to looking after guests. It's also a great spot if you like jogging along the Ognina seafront. We were very well received and would repeat the experience.
