Beatrice was a friendly, helpful host and was always reachable by phone with questions about the B&B or suggestions for food and drink. We stayed a couple of nights in Catania and had a lovely time. The B&B is perfectly placed in the city center, but there was very little outside noise. The modest rooms were clean and had good A/C, an en suite bathroom, a mini fridge, and a little balcony where we could sit and people-watch while getting ready. The WiFi was strong and reliable.

The location was the one real plus. The shower was lovely and the bed comfortable, but we each got only one pillow, there was no bedspread, and it was cold at night. There were six coat hangers and no storage for anything, not even passports. The room felt dark and claustrophobic, and mornings outside were really noisy.

The room was okay, but the noise was a real problem. Being so central means cars pass right outside, and you can hear pretty much everything from the other rooms.

The owner was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed, plus gave us helpful tips for our stay. The rooms are brand new and very clean, and the location is amazing. I’d happily return, highly recommend this B&B.
