The bed was comfortable, and the towels smelled really nice. The room was spotless and the bathroom had everything we needed. It's near the center, though the neighborhood isn't the cleanest or safest. The whole city is dirty.

We had a hotel-like stay here, and the manager was really helpful.

It's only 10 minutes from the center, but it felt scary at night.

We paid and made the booking without any issue, but serious transport problems meant we couldn't get to the property. We gave six days' notice and tried everything to sort it out: messages through Booking.com, WhatsApp, and requests for Booking.com support. Nothing worked. The property ignored us completely, with no availability or fairness toward us as customers. Booking.com spoke directly with Tatiana and confirmed that the property had no intention of helping and would just keep the payment. The amount was €100, of which about 33% goes to Booking.com, leaving the property around €67. It's hard to understand a business choosing to take such a small sum instead of showing common sense, flexibility, or customer service. It raises serious questions about their business outlook. No communication, no openness, no solution. A deeply disappointing experience, personally and professionally. Not recommended.

The room and private bathroom were clean, and breakfast was good, though it was sweet. Coffee and tea were available all day. It's conveniently placed near both the city center and train station, with the airport bus stopping right outside the apartment and a Lidl nearby. I recommend staying here 👍
