The location is excellent, only a five-minute walk from the beach, and especially handy for the Ironman event because it's near the transition area and finish line. The place is nice and has good amenities, including the pool, breakfast, and air conditioning in the room. Service was extremely friendly too. Staff greeted us warmly, chatted with us, and were always smiling. We really enjoyed meeting everyone. But the beds were awful, the most uncomfortable we've ever slept on. I was ready to sleep on the floor. The pillows and blanket were terrible too, though the sheets were okay. The beds badly need an upgrade, or at least a topper. A comfortable bed is crucial when sleep is what you do in a hotel. I'd recommend booking here, and I really recommend they sort out the beds.

The owners are always cheerful and helpful, and the sea is just a few steps away. There's a huge parking lot, clean and welcoming rooms, good food, and a pool that's wonderfully relaxing. What more could you ask for?

I spent 10 days at the hotel with my mom, and we had a wonderful time. The owner, Cristian, really makes you feel at home. There was a wide choice of dishes at lunch and dinner, plus a full buffet breakfast. The hotel is shaded by pine trees, has plenty of parking on site, and guests can use the swimming pool.

The food is the hotel's real highlight, excellent, varied, and high quality. They even provide bicycles, and the sea is only 200 meters away. It feels like home, with the kind of pampering that comes from authentic Romagna hospitality. We also enjoyed the large shaded garden at any time of day, the surprisingly big pool, and the equally shady parking lot. The rooms have balconies and are welcoming, with all the comforts.
