The staff were mostly friendly, and that was about the only good part. Our quadruple room with a bunk bed was tiny and dirty, with hair, dust, and even poop on the towels. The worn-out bathroom fixtures made it hard to control the shower and sink temperatures. The balcony felt unstable and barely had room for one person, and the neglected carpets gave off a strong smell of piss. The buffet was poor, with very limited choices for vegans. For a place rated three stars, it felt more like a one-star nightmare and was probably the worst hotel I've stayed in. I strongly advise against it. The beaches of Cesenatico don't compare with the beautiful ones in Cervia either. I also have doubts about whether the other reviews are authentic.

It's a lovely, down-to-earth place that welcomes people of all nationalities, though obviously not the Ritz. The food is reasonable and plentiful. There are reasonable offers if you contact them directly, and we've still a few days to go. It's between two other destination points, with a real limo service that will pick you up from the station. You can also hire bikes, or walk or ride to the port.

The location is great: near both the high street, which is lovely for an evening stroll after dinner, and the beach, Bagno Marconi. Bus 94 stops right opposite, making it easy to get to the station. The ride takes about 10 minutes and a ticket costs 1.30 euros. The rest was awful. The staff didn't seem qualified, the food was poor quality and repetitive, and sometimes the dishes didn't match the menu. Other than the bedroom, the dining room, shared areas, stairs, and balconies were quite dirty. Hotel workers also didn't always follow the Covid rules properly.

We had a great group stay at hotel Palace. The staff were really friendly, patient with the kids, and helped us however they could. Sofia was especially helpful. Thank you!

Reception were really helpful, and Sofia was awesome. The room was very clean, the food was really nice, and we had a pleasant stay. I'd recommend it!
