2/10
The staff were nice and friendly, but the facilities are old and seem not to have had proper maintenance for some time. We stayed in August 2023 during a spell of really hot weather, and were told the AC wasn't working. It made for the worst night: the room was unbearably hot, and opening the windows let in mosquitoes. Avoid this place.

The owners' family were so nice and smiling, and clearly doing their best. We only stayed one night, but it was great. The large room was really clean, with a wide balcony, and the hotel was quiet, so we slept well. Breakfast was brilliant, and I had two perfect cappuccinos.

The staff were wonderful and friendly, with excellent, responsive customer service. I'd thoroughly recommend this place.

It's inexpensive and clean, but that's about it. The hotel is far from the city center, the furniture is outdated, there's no AC, and breakfast is poor. Staff English is limited.

Breakfast was very good, and the hotel itself was good too. The location isn't perfect.
