Ecolodge Selvitelle - Sustainable Retreat Amidst Olive Groves in Cilento

Linda and Gianni were wonderful, discreet, attentive to the details, and always willing to help. We especially loved the homemade bread and lemon marmalade, and their very sweet dogs and cats made our stay more special. The apartment had every comfort and was furnished with care and taste. Its veranda overlooks the garden and mountains, a lovely place to relax in peace. Ecolodge Selvitelle is a charming spot in the unspoiled greenery of Cilento. We really hope to come back soon!

Finding this place felt like pure luck, a dream holiday. The house was stocked with absolutely everything we could need, and the hospitality was generous. The interiors and outdoor areas were spotless and carefully maintained, with large private spaces outside and plenty of privacy. Lidia and Gianni, your effort deserves real praise. My one tip for finding it: head towards Vallo della Lucania, take the Oasi del Fiume Alento exit, then set your GPS to Ecolodge Selvitelle. That makes the drive simple, direct, and accessible in any car. And the beach? Cilento is gorgeous, but go straight to Marinella Beach in Palinuro and thank me. It's about thirty extra kilometers, but it's a mirage ❤️ Give me a Hail Mary!

So peaceful, with lovely owners and a beautiful lodge. Vegetables come from the garden, and Gert-Jan will bake bread or cook delicious meals if you ask. A great spot for anyone who wants quiet and time to enjoy it. Five stars don't feel like enough!
