It was quiet, modern, and thoughtfully set up, right in central Civitanova Marche, near the seafront and about ten minutes from the public beach. Daily housekeeping was excellent, thanks to staff who were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The small kitchenette has a little table, and dishes are available if you ask. There's also air conditioning and a smart TV. The mini-bar fridge is small, though, and not suitable for food bought at the market. Parking nearby was difficult, especially in summer. Check which day the market takes place, Saturday during our stay, so you can avoid a fine or having your car towed. We highly recommend staying here!

Quiet and central, with a very friendly owner. We had a short stay in this lovely, fully renovated mini apartment. The bed and pillows were perfect, the bathroom had a great shower, and the kitchenette was functional. Breakfast at a nearby café and pastry shop was excellent. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area. Highly recommended.

We only stayed a short time, but I'd happily repeat the experience. The room was designed with care down to the smallest things, from the bed linens to the bathroom lighting, in a tasteful, modern style. The kitchenette was basic but worked perfectly, and everything was impeccably clean. From the warm, courteous welcome through checkout, the attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service were clear.

Breakfast comes by voucher at nearby bars, and the products are excellent. The place feels calm, the room service is much appreciated, and the staff are quick, helpful, and know their stuff. The accommodation has been nicely renovated and sits fairly close to the center, with everything you need. I'd stay here again if I come back.
