Garni Reutlingen

Garni Reutlingen was even better than I expected. The owner was really friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the location made it easy to explore places in the Dolomiti. I’d highly recommend it for a great stay with those majestic Dolomiti views.

We spent five wonderful nights at Garni Reutlingen in Sept 2024, visiting with friends for a cycling trip. The home-cooked food made with local ingredients was probably the best I’ve had in a hotel, and Andreas and Gabriella were wonderful hosts. Our cosy rooms suited us perfectly, and the big garage gave us space to assemble and store our bikes for the week. It’s also brilliantly placed on the Sella Ronda for cycling routes. We’ll definitely return.

The location puts you right near the Dolomites’ main attractions, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was beautiful, with that fresh mountain air, and the place itself feels magical. We got such a warm welcome and the service was impeccable. One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had, and we’re very glad we chose it for our Dolomites trip.

The owner, Andy, took over the business from his parents and was very helpful and friendly. He suggested restaurants and hiking routes, and he and his wife clearly put a lot into making each guest’s stay memorable. The hotel sits in the Dolomites with lovely views and fresh mountain air, within walking distance of the ski lifts. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with both small and large options. Breakfast includes breads, drinks, sliced meats, eggs made to order, and very good coffee. There’s also a hotel restaurant for dinner and a bar where guests can unwind after exploring the mountains and climbing hills.
