The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout, especially Myriam, who was kind to us and shared helpful ideas for things to do in the area and places to ski. We had a wonderful stay at Serena and would definitely return. The rooms were beautiful, very clean and well cared for. Dinner is worth trying too: we loved the delicious tasting menu for just 25€, with an aperitif, a first course, a main and dessert. Breakfast had everything we needed and was excellent as well.

The breakfast was delicious, and Micaela was so kind helping us in the dining room each morning. Miriam at the front desk also knew the area well and helped us get our car fixed. The staff are amazing, and I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant was tasty and good value, and the rooms were modern, spotless and superb. We had a great three-night stay, with everything running smoothly and very professional reception staff. Would definitely go back.

We never stayed at the hotel because of how difficult booking a room became. I emailed and got a quick reply, then confirmed within five minutes that I accepted the room. After that, nothing. The next day I contacted them through the messenger and was told that the room they'd mentioned the day before had already been booked, though another was available. I said within 18 minutes that we were ready to book, but the hotel ignored all my messages after that. A terrible way to treat a customer.

We booked through Booking, but the hotel offered us a lower rate in person. They also surprised us with a room upgrade, and the welcoming staff made us feel at home. Our room was modern, spotless and beautifully designed, with lovely mountain views from the balcony. The fresh, tasty breakfast and all the thoughtful touches made this a peaceful, comfortable stop in the Dolomites, just what we needed to recharge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!
