We found the rooms just right for a ski trip, and they were tidied each day while we were out. The hotel felt comfortable and welcoming, and the location was excellent. We booked through Crystal ski and I'd definitely recommend it.

The beds were comfortable, which is the only reason this gets two stars, and even that's generous. I paid $440 USD for two nights and found it overpriced. The woman I think owns the hotel was rude when I first met her at reception. The night before, a minor had checked us in at 20:00pm. She didn't smile, and in a stern voice told me I couldn't take an orange and a packaged cookie in clear plastic. She made me put them back. Our window looked out over the road, and nobody at reception offered us a mountain view. At 0530am, loud vacuums went up and down the stairs. People were stomping on the stairs and dropping things, and it woke me from a deep sleep before 6am. The hotel is old and worn out, and you can hear everything, so I don't think you'll sleep well here. The prices make no sense. The receptionist seemed unhappy and unkind to paying customers. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There are much better options in cortina that are worth the price $$$.

We ended up here after the hotel we were meant to stay at closed temporarily because of a landslide. The staff were kind and helpful, and never made us feel like unexpected guests. Our room was very nice, and the shower was the biggest we had on the whole trip. :-) Everything we needed was within walking distance. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff are amazing and breakfast is good. You can hear people talking through the wall, though, including someone coming into the next room and chatting when you're trying to sleep. Otherwise it has everything. If you can sleep with noise, I 100% recommend it 👍
