We stopped only for dinner at the restaurant after hiking in the sorounding valley. They welcomed us warmly and served simple food that was very good. One reason I’d come back to the park.

We were in a hurry on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025, so my wife, child, and I stopped at the bar-restaurant for a quick bite. We ordered two cappuccinos, a glass of water, two slices of cake, and a plumcake. The cappuccinos took 20 minutes to arrive, then we waited another 30 minutes without the rest of the order. We had to drink the cappuccinos cold and go to the checkout without dessert because we needed to leave. We explained that we no longer wanted the desserts after waiting so long, but the elderly lady insisted everything was ready and thrust two cakes at us, telling us to be understanding because the restaurant was busy. We were paying customers and just wanted a quick, pleasant stop during the holiday. In the end, she wouldn’t accept our refusal, so we were made to eat two dry pieces of cake at the checkout. It ruined our mood and left a bad taste in our mouths. I highly recommend this place!
