25hours Hotel Florence Piazza San Paolino

The Dante’s Divine Comedy inspired rooms are stunning, full of character, comfortable, and carefully detailed. Staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the stay even better. The hotel felt like a calm oasis in the middle of the city, a lovely place to unwind after exploring Florence. From arrival, everything was warm and well cared for. We had a fantastic stay at 25hours Hotel Florence Piazza San Paolino and would happily return.

The library downstairs was peaceful and comfortable, and I loved the hotel’s creative decorations and attention to detail. The typewriter for leaving a message in a bottle was such a unique idea. Our room was beautifully designed, with plenty of well-placed plugs, storage space, and hangers. The wireless speaker and quality toiletries were nice touches, and the hair dryer was better than I expected, something even nicer hotels often overlook. I stayed three nights, and it’s one of my most memorable hotel stays. We had one of the hell-themed rooms. I liked the mood from the dim lighting, but it made doing my makeup in the morning difficult. A light-up magnifying mirror in the toilet would be useful. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. My new favorite hotel in Firenze. I’ve always liked 25hours, but this one feels the most unique. The Paradiso and Inferno theme made it a memorable stay, and it’s dog friendly. We felt welcome from the very first second, and I appreciated how kind and hospitable everyone was. Gorgeous design, amazing location, and great food and drink options. Love!

The spacious room and the lounge areas were real highlights, and the hotel felt very welcoming for families. We also loved the restaurant's open, vibrant boho style, with good food and drinks. Parking was available, which made things easy, and the location worked perfectly for us. A few things could have been better. The bathroom felt quite exposed, with the toilet and shower integrated into the room, so that setup may not work for everyone. Breakfast was fine, though the quality seemed a little below what we'd had at another 25hours hotel. Most staff were good, but their friendliness wasn't always consistent. We'd still happily consider coming back.
