The location is very good, close to the sights, and the place felt safe. It's a small hotel, maybe ten rooms at most, but ours was clean, large, and gave us plenty of space. The woman at the front desk was lovely and so helpful. They made our anniversary feel really special. Thank you!

The reception woman was a gem, friendly and full of good restaurant and attraction tips. There were free snacks in the lobby, plus coffee and tea, which was a nice bonus. Our room was clean, spacious, and decorated in a homey way, and the price was great. The hotel is close to attractions and a handy supermarket, though it took us a little while to find. We had a blast and would recommend it!

A safe place in a great location, with a very friendly owner. They helped my wife carry our luggage, which I really appreciated.

Great service, and this was the only B&B or hotel that acknowledged our anniversary. The elegant rooms are close to many Florence attractions. Just keep in mind the stairs, though they offer little views of the city.

The host was superb, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was nice, and it was very quiet. We found the place a bit difficult to locate. We dropped off the luggage and parked one block away.
