I spent a whole month in the Bouganville apartment and loved the terrace and the view. Each room had air conditioning, which is a must in Florence, and there were plenty of blankets and pillows to choose from. The place has a lovely style and a cute kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, and everything else I needed. Diana from Acacia was always friendly and flexible about both my arrival and departure, which I really appreciated. I'd highly recommend this agency for a Florence stay.

The location was central and well connected, with supermarkets and restaurants just a few steps away. We spent a weekend in the Tulipano apartment with my family and my sister's family. It's a lovely home with lots of room to unwind, comfortable beds, and everything needed for a holiday rental. Diana was especially kind and always available. If we come back to Florence, we'll stay with you again.

The Palma is comfortable and tucked away somewhere very quiet. There's an inner courtyard that keeps the noise out, and the home is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, and freezer. Diana is wonderful, like having a friend in Florence who makes sure you have the information you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!!!
