Brunelleschi

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were kind and excellent too, especially Sergio and Simone. They were always there to help and make sure guests had what they needed. The hotel is very well located. Everything was just PERFECT. I'll definitely come back.

The breakfast had lots to choose from, and it was lovely waking up to the campanile bells from this quiet spot. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and there's a great bar with good food. We didn't try the Michelin restaurant, but did have a meal downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom were neat and super clean, though the room was a little small. Storage was limited to hanging space and two drawers, and there was no view unless you leaned your head out of the window. The coffee machine wasn't easy to use. There's also evening room service to top up coffee and water. It's a brilliant boutique hotel in the heart of Florence, a stone's throw from the Duomo and an easy walk to Uffizi, Academia, Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace.

We were only meant to stay three nights, but added two more because we felt so comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are amazing, and the service was five-star. The staff looked after us in every way without us even noticing. After arriving late from our international flight, a bit hungry, we were surprised with delicious charcuterie and a chilled bottle of champs. I travel with my favorite champagne silk pillow, and housekeeping found matching silk pillows to put on the chairs. Such a thoughtful, lovely touch. We've visited Florence several times over the years and kept looking for the right place. Finally found it. I've only been home two weeks and already want to go back! 😍

Our guest room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom sparkling clean. My wife and I felt very welcome during our November 2025 stay at the Brunelleschi Hotel. Staff across the Check-In Desk, Concierge, dining room, and House Cleaning were polite, professional, attentive to detail, and happy to handle every request.
