As an American visiting Italy, I found this to be one of the best staff teams I've ever encountered. They were super friendly and eager to meet any requests. The property is outstanding and in one of Florence's best locations. Definitely going back, highly recommend!

We felt like we were in the Renaissance, and the apartment is right in the city center, about 5/10 minutes from all the major attractions. A truly magical experience, with smooth communication throughout. We'll surely come back next year! Thank you, Elisabetta! 🥰🥰
