Check-in and checkout were easy, and the stay was good value. We had the corner room, which was especially spacious, with a modern, recently updated room and bathroom. It came with a kettle, mini fridge, and desk. They also provided breakfast coupons for a nearby cafe. The place is close to the train station and Mercado di San Lorenzo.

We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Florence. The street is convenient, near the train station and within walking distance of lots of cafes, restaurants, and attractions. The room was clean and bright, and the staff were helpful. There was a water outage across the area at midnight, but staff replied quickly, said to wait about an hour, and it was fixed.

It’s handy for the city centre and within walking distance of the train station. The room was clean and had what we needed, though this place provides no service. Reception is only open from 9 to 1, so if you arrive after 1 PM, make sure you have the entry details and can check yourself in. Breakfast is at a cafeteria in the next building. Nothing fancy, but convenient 👌

We got a good price and were honestly very pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s quality. Great place.

The room had elegant high ceilings, a distinctive design, and a great shower. The people were even better. I left behind a favorite shirt and pair of pants, and they went out of their way to tell me and arrange shipping. When I offered to pay extra for the trouble, Elisa said, “no thank you, it’s my job, it’s my pleasure.” I’d definitely come back.
