We even asked for an iron and didn't get one; apparently that was because of covid. The woman serving breakfast blamed covid for giving us a breakfast for two that wouldn't have been enough even for a three-year-old. If you arrive after 4 PM there's a 10 euro fee, and after 9 PM it goes up to 20. We ended up paying half the room price just because we arrived after 9. The lift was horribly small and useless, and neither the location nor the service was good. A terrible place to stay, not recommended at all.
