The complimentary breakfast was superb, and the service was fantastic. It's easy to walk to all the main sights from this perfectly located hotel. The dining room was very small and claustrophobic, though. For great food away from the tourist crowds, go across the river. One of the finest hotels I've stayed in!

We were welcomed with delicious Chianti, which was a lovely start. The hotel is an architectural masterpiece, and the breakfast hall is a real highlight. Its location is hard to beat, just 50m from Piazza de la Signoria. Before the trip, email communication was flawless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. Thank you, Hotel Bernini, for a wonderful experience. Hope to see you again soon!

The lobby was absolutely stunning, a lovely place to sit, relax, or have a drink and snack. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful bathroom, and breakfast was served in a very elegant dining room. The hotel is also in an excellent spot, just minutes from loads of restaurants, shops, and pretty much anything you might want. Highly recommend it.

The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. It was a familiar, typical spread with a tasty Italian touch. The staff were super attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel is right in the heart of Florence, with all the amenities and experiences you could want. Our room was beautifully decorated, almost like a palace, and the beds were so comfortable that we woke up feeling refreshed.

We felt looked after from the minute we arrived at Hotel Bernini Palace. The staff walked us to our room and shared some fascinating stories about the hotel's history. The place itself is gorgeous, full of character and elegance, and the service was impeccable. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and our anniversary, and they gave us a complimentary voucher for a bottle of Chianti to enjoy in the room. Even getting a taxi on checkout morning was taken care of for us. It was a memorable mix of history, luxury, and warm hospitality. We can't wait to come back.
