We were left stranded with our 15-month-old baby after the owner canceled our reservation on the day we were due to check in. This happened after I contacted Booking.com to ask about a 50 EUR late check-in fee he had requested. When I asked whether the fee was listed in Booking.com’s policy, he told me to check with them myself. As soon as I said I had contacted them, he canceled the booking. He was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me. This company is a scam: they take your money in advance and then cancel your reservation. Do not book this property under any circumstances.

Irene was very sweet and helpful, communicated well, and responded promptly. The room was decent and the location was very good. With a few small changes, it could be excellent value.
