We booked this at the last minute and were welcomed warmly. The staff were kind and accommodating, our room was clean and nice, and breakfast was great. Everything was within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again!

Breakfast was a great start to the day, with plenty of variety and everything served well. The rooms and shared spaces were spotless, which made the stay feel comfortable. Hotel Boston is also very well placed for exploring Florence on foot. The staff were consistently polite, helpful, and available, whether we needed something during check-in or wanted tips for the city. I really enjoyed staying here and would come back. 😊

The breakfast service each morning was a real highlight, and the woman serving it was outstanding. Everyone we met was friendly, and the hotel was exceptionally clean and centrally located. Reception gave us an impeccable welcome and service. We had a thoroughly enjoyable four-night stay at the Boston Hotel and would recommend it without hesitation.

The bathrooms are on the small side, but that was a minor drawback in an otherwise great hotel. It's in a really convenient spot, the staff are very friendly, and I'd definitely stay here again on another Florence trip.

We arrived before check-in, and they had our room ready straight away so we could get in. The staff throughout the hotel were caring, helpful, and friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely, with a very good range of food. It's a beautiful boutique hotel, and we'll definitely book here again when we're back in Florence. We'd highly recommend it, and thank you, Hotel Boston, for being part of our holiday.
