c-hotels Ambasciatori

From the room, the city and mountains looked beautiful while we had our morning coffee. Breakfast was awesome, and the cozy Sweet bar was a nice place to spend time. The staff were lovely, and the hotel is close to the city centre and its attractions. They also suggested restaurants with views that weren’t too crowded. Everything was very clean. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Goli at reception and everyone at the bar. The hotel is well placed near both the train station and city centre. Being so close to the station meant there was occasional noise, but I found it bearable. Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast had a decent range, although it got a bit repetitive after a few days. The staff were polite, check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Housekeeping kept it in good shape. It was generally quiet enough to relax, with some noise from the corridor or outside now and then. The reception could get busy at peak times. Still, I had a positive stay at c-hotels Ambasciatori. It’s right by Santa Maria Novella station, convenient for arriving and getting around Florence, and most major attractions are within walking distance. Good value overall, with a few small things that could be improved.

Getting around was so convenient. The direct tram from the airport drops you right in front of the hotel, and the next day I could catch my train without hauling my luggage across town. The historic centre is only a few streets away, and the location is ideal. The buffet breakfast had loads of variety, and cocktail hour was wonderful too. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great experience for the price!
