The online team were quick to answer messages, polite, and helpful. We could also leave our bags for free after checkout, which made leaving much easier. The kitchen had dishes and a good range of breakfast snacks. They'd thought of lots of useful little things too, from toothbrushes and slippers to an iron, water, juice, and a coffee machine. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. I'd recommend staying here.

The room was clean and roomy, with the necessities, comfortable beds, and extra pillows. Management also replied to emails promptly. We did have some trouble with the room locks, and street noise was the main issue, especially with a school just across the road, about 20 feet away. The city tax felt quite high compared with other cities, but in general it was a good experience.

The online staff were lovely and very supportive, and the place was so quiet. Our room was really clean, and everything felt perfect. I strongly recommend Casa IVH hotel.

The rooms are huge, with a massive bed, kettle, coffee machine, and other little extras. Just outside the rooms there's a shared area and kitchen stocked with free breakfast, drinks, and snacks. Entry is by door codes, and it’s great value. The main sights are about 10 minutes away, and the station is 15 minutes away.

The host kept in touch on WhatsApp and answered everything we asked almost immediately. Our room was clean, spacious, and great, and the location was excellent. Each day the host left snacks, water, juice, and milk for breakfast. The kitchen was well equipped too. I loved this BnB and would definitely recommend it.
