Cosy House

We loved the generous rooms, the location, and the lovely backyard. On our last morning we ate apricots out there. Simone was super helpful, and I appreciated so much about the place. Wi-Fi was the one weak spot. It only worked now and then, and not really in our room. We weren’t in Florence to stay indoors, though, so it gave us extra reason to get out and explore.

The place was very clean, and the host was helpful and easy to reach. Staff worked efficiently, and there was even a small kitchen where you could relax or get some work done at a table. Outside, the garden area was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the weather away from the bustle. It’s close to Florence train station and within walking distance of many attractions. Awesome stay!

After three months of traveling in Europe, this was the stay I enjoyed most. It’s near the Academia museum, close to the main tourist area but outside it. The hotel is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the staff were amazing. We liked spending time there each morning at breakfast. Great value too. Good location, nice facilities, excellent service.

Let’s be honest, the place looked different from the pictures once I arrived. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. I’d been told there was somewhere to park, but that wasn’t the case. Breakfast is questionable. It means one croissant and a hot drink. When I spoke by phone with the “owner,” we asked for some information to be sent by text, and he said he had something to do. Up to you, good luck!
