The front desk service was fantastic, and thanks to Andrea for the complimentary bottle of champagne. Hotel Dali is also ideally placed, just a short walk from everything I wanted to see in Florence. My room was tidy and had what I needed to be comfortable. The bathroom, though, was unbearably smelly, as other reviewers have mentioned. I kept its door shut and used the shared bathrooms across the hall instead.

The hosts were lovely, and the location was excellent. Our room also had access to a great shared kitchen and living area. The bathroom was the one drawback and probably needs to be gutted and redone: the water temperature kept changing, the pressure was poor, and the tub and shower sent water everywhere. The tiles were cracked and the lighting dated. For the price, it wasn't bad value.

The staff were amazing, and the location was really convenient. My room was beautiful, too. Thanks for such lovely days in Firenze.

The reception gentleman was incredibly kind and helped me so much with useful tips. It's special to meet people that nice, and I'm very grateful to him. My single room was great, with a sink, a large mirror, and a mini fridge that came in handy. The hotel is in the city center, so you can walk everywhere. Florence is the most beautiful city I've ever visited, and I hope I can come back someday. If I do, I'll definitely book here again. I really recommend staying here. The hotel was even better than I expected.

The owners seem happy with what they've built, and it shows. Our place had a bedroom, living room, spacious bathroom, and kitchen, and was the best hotel of our whole trip. It's just two blocks from the Basílica.
