Breakfast on the terrace came with our room and was really good: eggs made to order, including delicious omelets, plus lots of fruit and pastries, smoked salmon, and other typical European breakfast foods. The choice and quality made for a great start to each day. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, and their English was pretty good across the board. Our room was bigger than the one we had in Sorrento, which we appreciated, and the location was handy, near the Arno River and about a 20 minute walk from most of the things we wanted to see. The shower in the bedroom wasn’t ideal for us Americans, but, when in Florence… One other downside was an unpleasant smell in the stairwell and hallways. Still, I thought it was good value. We don’t spend much time in our room when touring, and this was a clean, welcoming place to come back to. Many thanks to the staff for their hospitality!

We felt right in the middle of Florence, with so many sights easy to reach on foot. Our stay at Hotel Della Signoria was amazing: the room was super clean and comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone heading to Florence. 10/10!

The reception team were very friendly and helpful, and the location is hard to beat. We were right in central Florence, not far from the Duomo, with everything an easy walk away. The room itself was pretty standard and didn’t feel worth the high price. Breakfast was basic too.

The room was just right for what we needed, and the friendly staff helped make the stay go smoothly. The rooms and location were great. There was a strange smell in the lobby and elevator, but our room was perfect. I’d recommend it, mainly for the location.
