The central location was good, and the place was fairly clean. I think the tiny locker is free, and there’s a fridge. Still, this was the worst hostel I’ve stayed in, even worse than the one with bed bugs. There were only two toilets and one shower for everyone. There’s another shower cubicle in the communal area, but there’s nowhere private to change, so I didn’t count it. The bunks were really thin and rattly, which made snoring especially disruptive. There’s no air conditioning, and there aren’t enough outlets, so people unplug the fans to charge their phones. I couldn’t tell that there was any staff around, and you have to arrive at your proposed time to be let in. It’s kind of expensive for what you get.

I stayed at this hostel for around 10 days. It’s a useful place in the city center, about five minutes from the tram and train stations. There’s also a laundromat next door, which made it easy to take care of clothes. The place was clean and practical, and the staff were kind.

The rooftop terrace was amazing, with a view of the dome and market hall. It’s a small hostel near the inner city and train station. The staff were friendly, though they spoke very little English. The rooms were fine but had very little storage space, and the bathrooms were dirty.

The worst part was finding bedbugs on the beds, pillows, and walls. At around 4 a.m., a woman in the bed next to ours woke up saying insects had bitten her. We checked and saw the bugs ourselves. The manager moved us to another room, but after that we couldn't sleep comfortably. The hostel did refund the full amount. Still, this is a serious hygiene issue that needs proper treatment, including closing the hostel for disinfection and putting stronger measures in place. The towels were wet, and there was no hot water at night. Apart from that, the hostel was more or less clean. We won't be coming back. I'm posting this for the third time because hostel staff removed the review. It would be better to fix the problem than censor criticism.

The staff are the reason I'd recommend this place. My flight was delayed, so I arrived after check-in had closed. I let them know, and they gave me an entry code and left a room key for me. The hostel is small and not especially pretty, but it has free Wi-Fi. It's also only a few minutes from the main station.
