We’d gladly come back. The room was comfortable, spotless, and just what we needed, and the location worked well for our trip. The team were kind and quick to help throughout. Their support began as soon as we booked, making the arrangements before arrival smooth and stress-free, and their care continued after checkout too. We were extremely satisfied with this excellent stay in Florence.

We were traveling as several families and spent three nights here. The rooms were clean and roomy enough, and the staff were kind and very helpful. The location is right among the main sights, about as good as you could choose. Everything worked out perfectly.

The one thing that could be better is airflow in the room, since the AC didn’t circulate through it. Otherwise, we loved our three-night stay. The room was spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there are good restaurants nearby. Lots of places are within a 10-15 minute walk.

Florence is right at your doorstep from this central spot. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were lovely and helpful. We met Andrea. Great choice, thank you!

There’s a lovely shared lounge with an espresso machine, and they can securely hold your luggage until 11 pm on checkout day. We stayed three nights and slept well since the hotel was always quiet. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. It’s centrally located, walkable from the train station and near lots of shops and restaurants.
