The host was friendly, and the location is fantastic. But the room only gets two stars from me because the mattress was so old I could feel the springs, the internet didn’t work, and there was no hot water for the shower. I know it’s an old building and the area is noisy, but replacing the mattress, fixing the hot water and adding a bedside lamp instead of relying on the main light would make a big difference.

The surroundings were lovely and the service was wonderful. Our room felt romantic and beautiful, and the stay was a very good experience. It would be an excellent choice for honeymooners.

Our room was quiet, cozy, heated and very clean. Mrs Maria was really helpful when a mix-up came up with breakfast: our Google booking said it was included, but that information hadn’t reached House Katti. She kindly sorted it out for us.

I’ve stayed with this lovely family every year since 2008. It’s easy to walk here from the train station, and the Duomo and other sights are within walking distance too. Great location, but it books up fast.

Maria was so welcoming and lovely, and our small first-floor apartment was thoroughly clean. We stayed two nights at Katti house, right in the historic centre and just a two-minute walk from the Unita tram stop on T2 from the airport. The location and apartment were pleasant overall, but the bathroom was very small and the room felt rather dark. The windows faced a shared corridor, so we never felt completely private. Grazie mille Maria.
