The Cathedral view from the sauna was amazing, and there's a roof terrace too. The sauna controls were mounted so high that it got hot enough for me to nearly burn my fingers trying to use them, but having a sauna there is still a great addition. The room was beautiful, the view incredible, and the location perfect. There's a shared spot with fresh coffee and pastries that's always stocked, and the staff were very kind. We could leave our bags until 21:00 after checking out, which was super nice. 10/10, would go again!

The night view was awesome and made the stay feel even more magical. The hotel was wonderful, and the staff made the difference: whenever I needed something, I could call and they'd be ready to help with a smile. Thanks especially to Ioannis, who let me use the terrace after checkout. That hospitality made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended. Alla prossima!

It's a great-value choice if you're taking trains into or out of Florence, and the rooms were neat and clean. I'd felt a bit anxious after reading other Google reviews once I'd already booked on Booking.com, but the staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. A pleasant surprise.

The location is SUPER convenient. I did find some stains on the bed, hair, and crumbs on the floor, though, so they should take better care of room cleanliness. 😅

We had a balcony room with a superb view, so there was no need for us to go up to the rooftop for the same view. The room was clean and the AC worked perfectly. The location was handy for both the main sights and the main car rental spots. We were surprised to find such good quality accommodation in a 2-star hotel, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
