Rooms and the bathroom were clean, and the facilities were decent. The owner handled everything remotely and online. Prices were reasonable, and we had a good experience.

We could walk to the city center or use public transport from this good location. The room was clean and comfortable, just right for a night or two. The owner replied quickly and was very helpful.

The owner was really kind and helpful, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The bed was very comfortable too. The rooms are in a basement, though, and unfortunately had a musty smell. The tram stop is only a few minutes away on foot.

The host was kind and helpful, even letting us leave our luggage in the room as soon as we arrived in Florence. Our room was clean and very nice, though we did see a few mosquitoes, which can happen. It's a little far from the center, but the tram stop is less than a 10-minute walk away. We had a great time.

We'd braced ourselves after reading the other reviews, but the room was actually very nice despite being in the basement. It was modern, clean, and practical, with a very clean bathroom and a fairly large shower. There was a coffee maker with capsules and kitchen utensils, handy for making breakfast, and the value for money was unbeatable. The owner was friendly, helpful, and replied to our messages right away. A very good experience, and highly recommended.
