I went to see the apartment while looking for somewhere for some colleagues, and it was one of the best I've seen in Florence. It's on the first floor, not the ground floor, and there's no elevator. The location is convenient, with parking nearby and only a 10-minute walk to the very city centre. The apartment has a large living and dining room, a spacious kitchen, two big bedrooms and a large bathroom. Everything, including the bathroom, has just been renovated. The furniture is lovely and mostly classic, with several pieces from the 1700s. It also has air conditioning.

The apartment is great, clean, and has lots of details that have been thought through well. Service was very good and friendly. The old town is a 10-15 minute walk away. Street parking is possible, though sometimes it's hard to find a spot. Paid parking is only 100m away and costs 30€ per day.

On my return to Florence, I had the pleasure of staying at La rosa Town House with my wife this time. The host was welcoming and very helpful, and we had a really great experience. Casa Town house is elegant and comfortable, with furniture in a historic renaissance style that made the stay feel fantastic. It seems suited to business travelers, couples, and big families.
