The location worked well for a short stay, with the Cathedral and Square both easy to reach on foot, and our room was clean. The host was friendly too. But I barely slept: sound came through the thin walls from neighbouring apartments, including a phone vibrating, and mopeds leaving the nearby parking bay kept waking me. The listing mentioned river views, though our window faced a side street; that street does lead to the riverside. The windows didn’t block much noise. The accommodation is very basic. Our toilet seat was broken, clothes from the previous guest were left in a drawer, and the shower swung between scalding hot and barely running. Breakfast was cakes and boiled eggs, though nearby cafes offer better options. There are two flights of stairs, so it may be difficult if you have a disability or trouble with steps. I wouldn’t stay again, but on a budget for one night, if hostel-level basics are fine, it could work. The 3.8 rating seems fair.

A clean, quiet room with everything we needed, and all the main attractions were walkable. Really good value for the money. Ayet and Fathia were especially welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff member was friendly and easy to talk to. She handled all my requests quickly and well. I liked the room too; Wi-Fi was just a little weak in there. Thanks for making the facilities available.

The room’s Wi-Fi didn’t reach, so I had to go to reception to get online. The keys also take some getting used to, since you need one to lock the door from inside, which felt odd. The location is great and the price is good, but I wouldn’t stay again.
