Leonardo Da Vinci Hotel

The breakfast had plenty of options and set us up well for days out exploring Florence. Staff were welcoming and professional, and readily helped with directions, recommendations, and questions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The Leonardo da Vinci Hotel is close to the center and major sights, while still being quiet and relaxing at night. I had an excellent stay.

From arrival, I was met with real warmth and great hospitality. The staff paid attention to the details, offered useful recommendations, and were always smiling. They made my Florence stay at this hotel unforgettable.

The breakfast was below what I expected, and the staff didn’t seem very professional or committed to good customer service. The rooms also fell short of what I’d expect from a four-star hotel. Their walls are thin, with poor sound insulation, so you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. A very disappointing stay.

My stay at the LDV hotel was lovely. The staff were hospitable and friendly, and even arranged a room on a lower floor when I asked. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
