I had trouble sleeping because the room let in every sound, from the street and from people in the other rooms. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy too. The room itself was okay for the price, and they supplied toilet paper and shower gel. Still, they made the bed without a blanket, even though it was December. The biggest annoyance was having to wait until I was outside the property to get the room code. I'd already paid, but they wouldn't send it until I arrived and texted them. I didn't like that. For what I paid, the stay was okay.

The manager was friendly and patient when we arrived too early, and helped us find somewhere to leave our luggage. It cost another 13 euros. The room was very big and comfortable, and clean, though there were clear stains on the pillows in the cupboard. Florence in July was so hot, and there was no air conditioning. They had a fan, but it was as loud as an excavator, so I didn't sleep all night. I'd suggest paying a little more for a room with air conditioning.

It's a small apartment with three rooms, two shared bathrooms, and a shared kitchen. The rooms are fairly large and very clean, and the shared areas get cleaned every day. I recommend it.

Don't stay here. It's so cold because the heating doesn't work, and the owners are rude. The bed feels like a brick.
