Our hosts were very nice, well organized, helpful, and spoke English very well. They gave us great restaurant tips and even arranged off-street parking at a nearby hotel since we had a car. The room was charming, roomy, clean, and the bed was good, though the bathroom was small and the shower only functional. We had no proper outside window, so airing it out was difficult, but it was quiet at night despite being in the middle of the city. We didn't enjoy Florence. It was extremely crowded, with long waits for every sight, and the city felt dirty and narrow, with crazy traffic. A day trip to Pisa by train was great and not expensive. Pisa felt clean and well organized, with great pedestrian areas.

The courtyard was cute, and the staff were excellent and really accommodating. They offered to order airport taxis and suggested restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, with nice pastries and a good coffee machine. The room was small but cozy and cute, although it got a little stuffy at night. I'm used to American air conditioning blasting, so that may be why. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Florence, and it was very affordable for our budget. We really enjoyed our stay.

Parking is available a minute's walk away, outside the ZTL, for 30 euros a night. The room was clean, dramatic, and spacious, and we had a really good stay. Lorezzo always tried to help with whatever we needed, and breakfast was yummy. If I go back to Florencia, I'll book this place again.

We were very pleasantly surprised. The place was beautiful, clean, quiet, well decorated, and well maintained, in a nice, safe area. The staff were really kind and went above and beyond. It's a five-minute walk to the tram, then five minutes on the tram to Florence's main station. There are attractions seven minutes away on foot and a supermarket a few doors down. It was perfect for us.

For our first visit to Florence, we felt lucky to stay here. The hosts were so welcoming and kind, spoke English very well, and were helpful and accommodating. They even bought lactose-free yoghurt for my breakfast. Our room was charming, roomy, and clean. We had a car, and the hosts arranged off-street parking for us at a nearby hotel. Highly recommend.
