Sergio made sure we didn’t have to lift our bags when we arrived, and he’d sent wonderfully clear directions from the train station beforehand. He then marked the map and gave us detailed notes on places to see, restaurants, and things to eat. The room was sparkling clean, had nice amenities, and was cleaned again the next morning while we were out on a city tour. Sergio is an amazing host, the kind you rarely come across. We couldn’t get this level of care even at five-star hotels. Highly recommend.

Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and Sergio and Ada were both friendly and helpful. Sergio sent clear directions over WhatsApp, including the bus number we needed. When we arrived, he took time to suggest an itinerary and good local places to eat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

The neighbourhood was friendly and quiet, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Sergio and his wife were wonderful hosts; he introduced us to the city and shared some excellent recommendations. The main attractions are an easy walk, around 15 minutes in one direction. A perfect base for Florence, and I’d highly recommend it.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and it’s about a ten-minute walk to the well-known areas. Sergio was amazing: when we arrived at the hotel, he gave us a map and explained the places to see and some great restaurants. We had a really great stay. Thank you, Sergio 😀

Sergio and his wife were kind, professional, and accommodating throughout. They gave us a city map, recommended places to visit, and suggested a few spots to eat. The location suited what we wanted: it’s around a 20-30 minute walk to the city center, depending on your pace, and about 25 minutes on foot to Michelangelo viewpoint of the city. The rooms look just like the photos, and ours was clean, bright, airy, and well done. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.
