Beatrice, the lady we rented from, was lovely and helped us whenever we had questions. The apartment is modern, though small, with two bedrooms. Its location is fantastic, within walking distance of most of Florence's tourist attractions. There are also 3 supermarkets nearby, plus loads of restaurants, coffee shops and, of course, gelato shops.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and the location in Florence was excellent.

Our reservation was cancelled because of overbooking a week before we were due to leave. It caused a huge inconvenience and cost us an excessive amount to book somewhere else so close to departure. It doesn't seem like a reputable place to me.

They cancelled our reservation due to overbooking just days before we were leaving. Disreputable people.
