The reception was good, but the room felt cold. Breakfast brought to the room was really poor: the orange was spoiled and the bread wasn't good.

The location was the only good part. The elevator wasn't working, breakfast was below par, and bugs bit me through the night so I couldn't sleep. The front desk also didn't help with car ZTL support.

For a clean, comfortable place with helpful people near the center of Firenze (Florence), stay here. No need to hesitate. Chao chao!!!!

The host brings a lovely breakfast to your room each morning. The rooms are pleasant too, and the location is fantastic.
