Relais Piazza Signoria

For a three-star hotel, this felt like a five-star stay. The room was bigger than I expected, clean, quiet, and comfortable, even though the piazza is just steps away. The staff were professional, helpful, and nice. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it.

We liked having all the extra room, and the apartment had the number of beds we asked for plus two bathrooms, which was great with our teens. It was very clean and the bathrooms were modern. We didn't mind missing a plaza view since the space mattered more, and the plaza is an easy walk downstairs. The gentlemen at reception were nice and spoke English. We're already planning another trip and hope to stay here again.

The view was mostly rooftops and alleyways, but it was still a pleasant place to watch birds land on the roof or sketch the lane below. Our apartment was in a decent location, near a plaza with a church or museum. There were plenty of beds for our group, and one could be separated into two, with enough distance between them for me to sleep comfortably since I can't share a bed. The room was clean, and our attendant did his job.

We could reach everywhere we wanted within ten minutes on foot at most, thanks to the spot right in the heart of Florence. That's the best thing about Relais Piazza Signoria. The staff were friendly and glad to suggest places to go. The rooms were quite basic, though they still had charm and were very clean. For the price, I'd recommend it and would stay again.
