Kathy and Sandra were lovely, and the laundry service came in really handy. The room was unbelievably beautiful, and having our own keys meant we could come and go freely at any hour. The location is right in central Florence, within easy walking distance of everything, with the train station nearby too. We loved this place so much.

We loved the suite and would come back. It was a beautiful room in a great location, and the rooms were cleaned daily. A few things would've made the stay better: towel hooks for bath towels, somewhere to put toiletries in the shower, and lighting in the stairs and hallway.

The staff were really friendly, and the place was clean, so I had a great stay apart from a small issue with the heating and hot water. Breakfast is included, though you get it at a nearby bar, where you can choose a dessert and a hot drink. There was also coffee and a few hot teas in the room. A sweet little place right in the city center.

Restaurants, bars, and shops are right downstairs, and the window is a fun spot for people-watching. The rooms are really cute, and the staff were good people. It’s very close to both the train station and the duomo, and they were flexible about check-in and check-out times.
