Residenza Il Conte Rosso

We were greatly inconvenienced by the parking charge, which we understood from the offer screen to be included at no extra cost. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding, but it turned out to cost €30 per day, and our objections didn’t help. That’s the same price as a nearby secure parking lot and double the rate at the recommended Parterre Parking lot, an eight-minute walk away. The apartment is airy, with a large window, but it’s on the fourth floor and State Road 67 runs just below, bringing constant noticeable traffic noise. We also had trouble with the toilet cistern, which was slightly out of plumb. If I hadn’t known how to fix it, the toilet would have flushed all night. A negative experience.
