The hosts were helpful and communicated well whenever we needed something, and the city location was good. The room itself was spacious and nice, with good air conditioning, but getting to the apartment meant climbing a lot of stairs. There is a small lift for luggage, though it only fits one large suitcase at a time. We also had ants crawling around the room. We left a pizza out briefly before eating and found ants all over it.

Just steps from the main sights and Santa Maria Novella train station, this apartment is stunning and meticulously looked after. I'd recommend it even for a small group of 5-6 people.

The interior feels welcoming, and everything was clean and well maintained. It's also in a great spot in the center, very close to the Ponte Vecchio.
