Terrazza Belfiore

We ended up needing another place after an injury, and Gianluca helped us find one. We were lucky to stay with him for the rest of our trip. He even came with us to a medical appointment to translate, and booked our appointments too. When it came to breakfast, he found options that worked for us and things my picky one-year-old would eat. He was respectful, kind, accommodating, and great to talk to. We can’t recommend the place or Gianluca enough, and we’ll definitely stay with him if we visit Florence again. Thank you, Gianluca! :) The BnB itself was comfortable, extremely clean, well maintained, quiet, and easy to reach on foot from the city center. The pastries at breakfast were especially delicious, and the service was top-notch. The place is thoughtfully designed, with lots of little conveniences.

The owner treated us so kindly, and the included breakfast was fresh and tasty. We’d found this as the cheapest private room with its own bathroom, so I wasn’t expecting much, but it went well beyond my expectations. Staying at the bed and breakfast Terrazza Belfiore made our Florence trip so much better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone visiting.

The room was spotless, quiet, and well sound-isolated, with well-kept, thoughtfully chosen furniture. The owner runs the business on his own and was very welcoming, offering clear, practical advice for planning our city tour so we could make the most of the good weather and see everything. He asked about our breakfast preferences the day before and ordered delicious croissants from a local bakery for us to try. The location is about 15’ from the busy city center and attractions, with tram and bus stops just a few minutes away for direct trips to the airport or the highest city viewpoints. Would recommend!

We got a map of the city center and some sightseeing tips from the very nice, helpful owner. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and breakfast was good, with fresh brioches to choose from each morning. It’s a very nice B&B close to the station and a little outside the city center, though both are within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend it!
